Adecco is hiring for MENA Talent Acquisition Specialist for leading company in UAE.
Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents at all levels.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team (Talent Acquisition Business Partners and other Sources) and hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle to ensure business needs and goals are met.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships, including HRBPs, hiring managers, and external partners.
Conduct complex data analysis and provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-added market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
Take ownership of the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote company as an excellent place to work for all candidates.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of international sourcing experience in internet companies, with a preference for experience in sourcing overseas candidates for operational roles.
Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space, and output target company mapping lists.
Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different locations.
Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data analysis skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
