Description
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortableAnswer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptlySchedule and confirm patient appointments, providing reminders and necessary informationAssist patients with completing forms and paperworkMaintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-dateCoordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and efficient serviceProvide patients with information about procedures, treatments, and follow-up careHandle billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing, helping patients understand their financial responsibilitiesAssist patients with accessing their medical records and navigating the healthcare systemEnsure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulationsPerform other administrative duties as required to support patients and the medical office
Profile
Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Healthcare industryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy
