Job Description

Looking for Sales Representatives who would ideally be acquiring the healthcare / hospitals in UAE for medical transfers and Air Ambulance services

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, medical facilities) in the UAE for medical transfers and air ambulance services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote our services to healthcare institutions that require emergency and non-emergency medical transfers, both within the UAE and internationally.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:


    • Identify potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, medical institutions) requiring medical transfer and air ambulance services.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new clients through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and visiting healthcare institutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:


    • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, including procurement, patient services, and medical staff.
    • Conduct presentations, meetings, and demonstrations of our medical transfer and air ambulance services to healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:


    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies for the UAE healthcare sector.
    • Create and execute a business development plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis:


    • Keep up-to-date with market trends in healthcare, specifically regarding patient transfer and air ambulance services.
    • Analyze the competitive landscape and develop unique selling propositions to differentiate our services from competitors.
  • Contracts & Negotiations:


    • Negotiate service contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare institutions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Reporting & KPI Tracking:


    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, preferably working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and relationships within the UAE healthcare industry are preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Sales Expertise: Strong ability to develop sales strategies and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare systems, patient transfer requirements, and medical transport services.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex services effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
