Job Description

Job Title: Sponsorship Sales Executive (Healthcare Industry)

Location: UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a target-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive with a strong background in the healthcare industry and an established network with medical professionals and associations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales for healthcare events, platforms, and initiatives across the UAE. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell sponsorship packages for healthcare-focused events and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical associations.
  • Leverage existing networks and create new connections within the healthcare industry.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the team leader.
  • Utilize leads effectively and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Conduct effective counseling and handle all queries with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Customize sales pitches to align with customer needs and behavior.
  • Represent the brand professionally and create positive awareness among prospective clients.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and an understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Prior experience in the UAE or Middle East market is highly desirable.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, especially within the healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, consumer trends, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred:

  • Active connections with medical professionals, associations, and healthcare representatives in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with local medical associations such as the Emirates Medical Association or similar.
  • Participation in healthcare events, conferences, or seminars in the UAE.
