Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed general insurance company. Our client is looking for a Medical Operations as part of our Emiratization initiative. This role focuses on is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient care, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee and manage daily clinical and administrative operations.
- Ensure optimal workflow for patient intake, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure accurate medical record-keeping and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure resource allocation aligns with patient care objectives.
- Coordinate with billing and coding teams to streamline revenue cycles.
- Analyze operational costs and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Requirements- Knowledge and experience of working in UAE medical market
- Microsoft soft skills (Excel, Word, and Power Points)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and billing procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
