Job Description:
Liaise with performance teams, account teams, and business teams on account performance is following best efficiency levels.
Work closely with Performance director on new business, performance products and solutions, performance best practices
Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and drive measurable results.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various channels, including social media, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and more.
Lead and mentor a team of digital media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital media, continuously exploring new opportunities to drive digital strategic direction and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with other departments, including creative, account management, and technology, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign execution.
Evaluate and onboard new vendors that can provide strategic value to the agency and its clients.
Contributes to agency thought leadership or initiatives
Guides award worthy work through creative media solutions
Strategically leads on day to day strategic work for clients
Leads and/or inputs into new business pitching
