The selected candidate will provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services related to Hard FM services. The role focuses on maintaining building services, mechanical systems, and associated equipment to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safe working practices.


Key Accountabilities


  • Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems and services, updating records daily.


  • Identify and procure necessary materials or components, ensuring repairs meet approved standards.
  • Monitor utility consumption and update records accordingly.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on systems such as cooling, potable water, hot water, pumps, actuators, pipework, valves, drainage, and fuel systems.
  • Follow risk assessments and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical control systems, identifying faulty parts and replacing them as needed.

Specific Requirements


  • Minimum five years of experience in mechanical building services within commercial buildings, hospitals, or other facilities management environments.


  • Strong technical understanding of building mechanical systems and associated equipment.
  • Proficient in mechanical planned maintenance and repair services.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant vocational training certificates in mechanical building services preferred.
