Our Client provides comprehensive Facilities Management services, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable maintenance solutions.
 

Job Description:
 



  • Plans & prepares the PM & CM schedule & technical reports. 
  • Do inspections and offer quotations for electrical works and task orders 
  • Monitor work quality and provide proper advice for performance improvement  
  • Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned  
  • Observe/ inspect warehouse mechanical stock. 
  • Manage and supervise contractors’ preventive maintenance  
  • Prepare regular reports by all damages and technical incidents. 
  • Follow up and complete work orders on the system. 
  • Assure the performance & quality of service  
  • Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations  
  • Develop and test the maintenance techniques plans 
  • Do regular risk assessment 
  • Assign the technical team’s tasks and develop a work plan 
  • Do weekly/monthly inspection on all Mechanical equipment/ systems at the site 
  • Control the cost of spare parts and consumables  
  • Improve the project’s profit  

 

Job Requirements:




  • Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
  • Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM). 
  • Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
  • Creativity and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
  • Technical writing skills
  • BSc degree in Engineering
