Job Description:
- Plans & prepares the PM & CM schedule & technical reports.
- Do inspections and offer quotations for electrical works and task orders
- Monitor work quality and provide proper advice for performance improvement
- Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned
- Observe/ inspect warehouse mechanical stock.
- Manage and supervise contractors’ preventive maintenance
- Prepare regular reports by all damages and technical incidents.
- Follow up and complete work orders on the system.
- Assure the performance & quality of service
- Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations
- Develop and test the maintenance techniques plans
- Do regular risk assessment
- Assign the technical team’s tasks and develop a work plan
- Do weekly/monthly inspection on all Mechanical equipment/ systems at the site
- Control the cost of spare parts and consumables
- Improve the project’s profit
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM).
- Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
- Creativity and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Technical writing skills
- BSc degree in Engineering
