Job Title: Mechanical Planning Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed mechanical project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely execution of mechanical activities.
- Preparing and updating project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Analyzing project progress, identifying delays, and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensuring alignment of project activities with client requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitoring material availability, resource allocation, and equipment utilization to optimize efficiency.
- Conducting risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies for mechanical projects.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Keeping track of budgetary constraints and assisting in cost estimation for mechanical projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
