Job Description

  • Assist in the procurement process for mechanical materials and equipment required for EPC projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and analyze supplier responses.
  • Support contract negotiations and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and records.
  • Participate in cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Support cross-functional teams in addressing procurement-related challenges.

Requirements
  • Recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience in procurement, engineering, or a related area.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Effective decision-making ability.
  • Accepts responsibility / accountability.
