Job Type: Full-time, 2-year contract
Department: Project Coordination Team
Responsibilities:
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination for large-scale projects, including commercial malls, airports, stations, and public buildings.
- Act as the primary liaison between different engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure project alignment and integration.
- Facilitate communication among team members to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Develop and implement coordination strategies to streamline project workflows.
- Review and approve designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and objectives.
- Oversee and guide team members on project deliverables and deadlines.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on coordination progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for high-complexity projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, preferably exceeding AED 200M budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator preferred.
- Proficiency in project coordination tools and software (e.g., Revit, BIM 360, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
