Summary:The Strategy & Analytics team is leading some of the most critical and exciting initiatives of the company, where we bring problem-solving and data skills together in order to make a change in the way the organization operates.Now, we’re looking for an MBA Associate who’ll help us with some of the most strategic projects of the company, for a period of minimum 3 months.You'd be working with a team including ex McKinsey, Bain, BCG and Big 4 consultants.This is a 6 month FTC. Desired Experience:Own and deliver a critical workstream of Business Performance within Strategy & Analytics department.Work very closely and problem-solve with stakeholders from around the business (Commercial, Growth, Product, etc.)Synthesize insights on our overall business performance and form your recommendations leveraging data and hypotheses-driven approach.Put your recommendations into an exceptional communication to convince senior leaders of the organization to take action (C-level exposure guaranteed!)Receive outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teamsLearn how to solve business problems using a hypothesis driven approach to create business impactDesired Experience:Are currently an MBA student or have recently completed your MBA from a globally recognized, top-tier universityHave experience with top-tier management consulting or technology firm pre-MBAAre capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed executionHave 3-5 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievementHave outstanding oral and written communication skillsAre fluent in EnglishOur promise to talentWe encourage our people, called creators, to move fast, to be bold and offer them countless ways to make an impact in a fast-growing and talent-centric organisation.
