Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO with marketing and social media tasks related to the conference.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring real-time updates during the event.
  • Organize and coordinate the CEO's conference schedule and meetings, ensuring all appointments run smoothly.
  • Support the CEO during speaking engagements, including handling event logistics and liaising with organizers.
  • Contribute to the overall execution of the marketing strategy for Arab Health 2025.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Must be local to Dubai and able to travel to the conference January 27th-30th.
  • Must be available for the entirety of the event. 
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Highly media-savvy, with a deep understanding of varied social media platforms (emphasis on LinkedIn).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing schedules and multitasking efficiently.
  • Outgoing and confident, comfortable interacting with a wide range of professionals.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to represent Holmusk professionally.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
