About the job Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing one of the prestigious culinary academy missions in Saudi Arabia by creating impactful digital marketing strategies. Working within a passionate and dynamic Business Development Team, your expertise will help promote the academy's vision and initiatives to diverse audiences. Through innovative content creation and digital campaigns, you will contribute to a larger effort to drive positive social change and educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in alignment with the academy's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.


Content Creation: Generate relevant and engaging digital content for the academy's various online platforms, including the website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.


Social Media Management: Manage and expand the academy's presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


SEO and SEM: Optimize the academy's online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.


Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience, nurture leads, and promote academy programs and events.


Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, generating reports and using data-driven insights to refine strategies and campaigns.


Website Management: Collaborate with the academy's web team to maintain an up-to-date and user-friendly website.


Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms and materials.


Partnership and Outreach: Work in tandem with the Business Development Assistant, Communications Officer and Graphics Designer to identify and cultivate partnerships that align with the academy's goals.


Budget Management: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns and initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements
