A real estate investment holding company is recruiting a native Mandarin / Chinese-speaking Marketing Specialist with 5-8 years of marketing and content experience. Requirements:
Experience with Dubai/Middle East real estate market work experience.
Experience in operating overseas/China social media platforms.
Operation and management of official website content.
Experience in large project management.
Proficient in Chinese and English language.
Good at writing, reporting, and proficient in ppt presentation.
Ability to summarize and analyze market-related data.
Skills:
Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Familiarity with social media(Including but not limited to: Wechat official account/ Red book/TikTok/Instagram/FB)
Excellent writing, image editing and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
BS/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
Good at social media video creation and editing is a plus and advantage.
