Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing, Sales and Lead Generation  person to join our client dynamic team in the events and exhibitions industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Salesperson will play a key role in promoting our events and exhibition services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Marketing
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to boost brand visibility and market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
Sales
  • Identify potential clients and establish relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client relationships.
Lead Generation
  • Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads.
  • Generate quality leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and promote the company.
  • Analyze lead generation data and provide actionable insights to improve processes.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (2-5 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and cultural nuances is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
