Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Officer with a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and brand strategy to drive growth for our multiple global brands. The ideal candidate will execute innovative marketing campaigns, optimize digital presence, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize brand awareness and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


•Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.


•Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring high engagement and growth.


•Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) for customer acquisition.


•Plan and oversee marketing activations, events, and influencer collaborations.


•Work closely with designers and agencies to maintain brand consistency.


•Conduct market research & competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.


•Optimize website content for SEO & lead generation.


•Track key performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights.


•Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.



Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in marketing, with expertise in social media, digital advertising, and content creation.


Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot).


Excellent Communication: Strong English copywriting skills; Arabic is a plus.


Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to conceptualize campaigns and analyze data for optimization.


Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.


Basic Design & Video Editing (Preferred): Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
