As a Marketing Manager Vaccine, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated campaigns/initiatives across the Gulf region. You will be expected to meet the needs of the changing business demands, manage the evolution of our meningitis vaccines portfolio and manage complexity of the internal and external commercial dynamics. This is a key role that will involve the development and effective execution of marketing strategies to deliver the business objectives and growth ambition in our vaccines portfolio.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:Key Responsibilities:Leading the product and delivering the commercial plans & activities aligned to LOC priorities and strategical direction.Developing the annual marketing strategy for Gulf markets, achievement of brand KPIs, and enhancing the brand imageMonitor product lead and lag performance on monthly basis and drive required actions with close collaboration with the vaccine account managers.Leading and delivering the multi-channel activity plan, creating & optimising materials that are pivotal to product’s local market access & competitive differentiation, utilising an evidence-based approach to maximize reach, engagement and conversion..Establishing long lasting relationship with scientific societies & KEEs to leverage advocacy & support patient care across the region.Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members and other stakeholders to provide rapid, actionable insight to optimize performance and serve the growth ambition behind the product.Managing and controlling promotional A&P budget to ensure optimum profitability within budget limits and deliver enhanced ROI.Understanding of dynamic reimbursement and access structures and providing continuous solutions for patient access in close collaboration with medical and access teams.Leading the gathering, processing and analysis of competitor intelligence in the relevant market and formulate GSK’s response to ensure a consistent competitive edge.Accountability & Deliverables:Full delivery of the annual brand plan objectives with maximum operational excellenceUnique, quick, agile customer experiences to enhance product loyaltyWork with VAMs to understand the barriers being encountered on the ground and create ‘enablers’ that accelerate product performance according to the expectations.Consolidate metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis & review and make recommendations on the KPI/measurement framework for the product to ensure useful and timely insight that is actionable and drives the businessContribute to the forecast & supply of the product, ensuring close follow up with supply team and CTC team on timely delivery of quantities to meet patient demands.Ensuring effective adherence and implementation of governance processes and policiesWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in science related or technical skills required areas such as medical, pharmacy, management, marketing, engineering etc.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharma industry, (with at least 3 years in marketing / product management) in various therapeutic areas. Vaccines experience would be an advantageCrafting high-impact customer experience plans that conform to local market needs using omni-channel marketing to meet the needs of customers.Able to manage relationships with HCPs, key institutions, professional associations, decision makers and other key stakeholders. Experience of access structures and public sector stakeholders and inclusion process would be a distinct advantage.Able to build and lead a brand team without direct authority that consists of cross-functional team membersProven success record within his/her companyResilient, self-motivated and persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.
