As a seasoned Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. Your strategic input will be crucial for the firm's growth and success in a competitive industry.

Client Details

An International firm with a Middle East presence for more than 20 years is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy. This role will involve a balanced focus on traditional marketing channels (60%) and digital marketing (40%), to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectivesSet the strategy, manage the budget, and oversee execution of traditional marketing efforts including corporate events, PR, traditional media and partnershipsManage digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketingAnalyze and report on the ROI and impact of both traditional and digital marketing initiativesDevelop a CRM strategy, conduct market research, and identify key customer segmentsOversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and case studies to position the firm as a thought leaderManage and enhance the firm's social media presenceWork closely with senior leadership on brand strategy, website content, and tone of voicePlan and execute marketing events such as industry conferences, webinars, and networking events


Profile
4+ years of experience in a similar marketing roleProven track record in managing a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels in a B2B industryStrong ability to optimize ROI across various marketing initiativesExperience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategiesAbility to multitask and manage marketing projects from conception to executionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in the professional services or hospitality industry is a strong advantage
