Job description Charterhouse is currently working exclusively with a leading fitness group, who are currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership to the marketing team based in their Dubai office. About the roleThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for taking ownership of the marketing strategy and execution across all revenue generating units for the business. This role requires a versatile professional with a strong generalist marketing background and a proven track record in account management, with a focus on client satisfaction while offering strategic guidance to clients and ensuring successful delivery of projects. The role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to boost brand awareness, engagement and business growth for our client as well as their sister companies. The Marketing Manager will have oversight across multi-channel content creation to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the brand’s identity. The ideal candidate will offer cross-functional team leadership and possess excellent project management skills to deliver projects while managing timelines. About youTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate will ideally hold a Degree in marketing or related field, along with previous experience in managing teams within the sports, fitness, education or similar industry. Our client is looking for someone with a strong understanding of the generalist marketing aspects including digital marketing, content marketing, social media management and traditional marketing. Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be essential for this role. Passion for sports and understanding of the industry and its unique marketing opportunities would be an added advantage.
