Description


The primary responsibility of theMarketingManager is todevelopand implementmarketingstrategies and tactics successfully, using a thorough understanding of the local markets, in particular KSA, Egypt, Poland and Czechia, and the product offering. TheMarketingManager also contributes to the regional planning as well as value creation processes for the achievement of the short- and mid-term business goals.


What You'll Do-


  • Development of local commercial,marketingand promotional plans:


  • Developregionalmarketingplans in alignment with the regional and global plans


  • Deliver and regularly track theexecutionof themarketinginitiatives on the plan


  • Manage local promotional plans (including exhibition, symposia,marketingcollateral, sales tools, digital and PR content)


  • Participate inproduct launchprojects:developbusiness & launch plans in close collaboration with the EEMENA Launch excellence Manager


  • Manage themarketingexpenses budget, according to the annualmarketingplan and with accountability towards theMarketingManager Lead direction.  Collaborate with the local Commercial and Finance heads for the tracking and management of the budget.


  • Customer Centricity and deep understanding of regional markets:


    • Customer segments mapping (size, patient pathway, reimbursement,stakeholders,value proposition, opportunity assessment)


    • Customer focus group meetings and surveys


    • Product features/benefits, product utilization andcustomer insights


    • Competitor intelligence


    • Market dynamics (growth/decline key drivers, PESTLE analysis)


  • Routine participation instrategy alignmentand sales effectiveness:


    • Execute and trackproduct launchplans in close collaboration with the Launch Excellence Manager EMEA (including pre-launch & post-launch phases deliverables)


    • Provide input and align with Region/BU (customer segmentation,value proposition, product positioning, competition, pricing)


  • Routine participation in sales effectiveness:


    • Roll-outmarketingplans and sales tactics at sales meetings


    • Execute, track and report progress of annual tactical plans


    • Track and monitor business figures and take actions to improve the business outcome


    • Support the local sales forces in the field to win key andstrategic accountsat improved sales cycle speed and win-rate.


    • Collaborate with the commercial director and finance partner in the management of pricing to achieve profitability goals


    • Collaborate with ID Sales Scientific Liaison andMedical Affairs, using own products expertise on required support to sales teams that shall successfully impactsales process


    • Conductbusiness analysisand monitor key performance indicators


    • Monitor training needs and collaborate with application specialist to deploy training (marketing strategy&product training)


  • Collaboration with regional and global teams in the management of relationships with clinical experts and opinion leaders


  • Participation to ad-hoc regional, special projects


Requirements


  • Acts ethically and professionally, representing the company values always


  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office pack & other (SharePoint,CRM, etc.)


  • Naturalinspirationalleader who can energize and align across-functionalteam to deliver the business goals


  • Strong focus in understanding and extracting customer value


  • Balanced mix of strategic and tactical focus


  • High level of comfort interpreting and communicating complex technical information, including clinical concepts, statistics and outcomes


  • High capacity for fast learning


  • Positive mindset and collaborative attitude to bring down barriers for goals


  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (nationally and internationally)


  • Customer engagement, in-field support, 30% of the time.


  • Required background & expertise 


  • Proven minimum 7 yearsmarketingexperience in diagnostics arena, or other healthcare area, Knowledge in Infectious Diseases field is considered an asset


  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare system in the regional & local markets


  • Provenmarketingand sales success track record, with strengths in both strategic and tactical management


  • Master or equivalent inMarketingor in the field of Biological Sciences degree preferred


  • Proven ability to deliver goals in a fast-paced, matrixed organization


  • Proven ability to effectively communicate & collaborate with all keystakeholdersat higher and lower reporting levels


  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, any additional language spoken in the region is considered an asset.


  • Full proficiency in local language of the largest country in the cluster


  • IT/office Tools, use of core functional processes (e.g. Outlook,CRMsoftware, SAP, Concur, Workday, WebEx or equivalent),Salesforce. Com and PowerBI knowledge is considered an asset
