We are looking
for a Marketing Manager (Digital & Social Media) to develop and execute
digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role focuses on
enhancing brand presence, driving engagement, and optimizing digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends,
performance marketing, and content strategies tailored to the UAE market.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand
awareness and customer engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community
management, and performance analysis.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and audience
insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visual and written
content.
Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and provide data-driven
recommendations.
Oversee influencer collaborations and digital partnerships to expand
brand reach.
Ensure digital campaigns align with business objectives and brand
guidelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related
field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and
paid media campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and content
strategy.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta
Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable
strategies.
Familiarity with the UAE market and audience preferences is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic
proficiency is an advantage.
