We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager fluent in Chinese to develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns focused on reaching potential investors in China. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing with experience on platforms popular in the Chinese market. This role involves creating effective marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and establishing the brand’s presence among Chinese-speaking investors.


Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns on platforms popular in China, such as WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and Douyin (TikTok China).
    • Optimize ads and campaigns to achieve high engagement, brand visibility, and conversion rates among potential investors in the Chinese market.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Market Research and Audience Targeting:
    • Conduct detailed market research to understand investor demographics, behavior, and preferences specific to China.
    • Define target audience segments based on data insights, refining strategies to reach high-potential investors effectively.
  • Investor Engagement:
    • Craft culturally relevant and persuasive ad content that communicates the value proposition of real estate projects to Chinese-speaking investors.
    • Develop content strategies that educate potential investors on investment opportunities, highlighting key benefits and returns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
    • Use data-driven insights to adjust and enhance campaigns for optimal budget allocation and results.
  • Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Identify and leverage opportunities to connect with investor communities in China through virtual events, webinars, and relevant forums.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners to increase brand visibility and investor interest.
