Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a premium boutique aesthetic hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager, who will coordinate and monitor the implementation of the hospital's marketing plan to acquire new business and maintain existing clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospital's brand and corporate policies.

- Evaluate customer research, competitor data, and market trends to adjust strategies.

- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC) to increase website traffic and patient engagement.

- Create, implement, and manage content marketing strategies, including engaging online content (blogs, videos, graphics).

- Create and manage link-building strategies and maintain strong social media presences.

- Innovate and present new platforms and marketing strategies.

- Track content success using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.

- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns to increase traffic and engagement.

- Develop and implement public relations strategies to position the hospital as a leading healthcare provider in the region.

- Organize, attend, and evaluate events and exhibitions.

- Handle the distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies in coordination with the General Manager.

- Collaborate with third-party designers, web developers, and videographers to create unique marketing content.

- Lead the marketing team, delegate tasks, and ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.

- Conduct market visits and maintain key relationships within the industry.

- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance, forecast growth, and optimize ROI.

- Stay updated on new digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing them as needed to keep the hospital ahead of competitors.

- Ensure marketing practices comply with relevant regulations, including JCIA, JAWDA, ADHICS, OSHMS, and DOH standards.

- Adhere to and promote hospital ethical business practices and policies.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience and at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably within a healthcare setting.

- Arabic speaking skills are essential. 

- Proficient in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital content creation.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including external agencies and internal teams.

- Understanding of UAE culture and ability to adapt to local customs.
