About the job Marketing Manager

Our client is a Dubai-based dessert and coffee delivery service that has been sharing sweet memories since 2019. They offer a variety of desserts, including O truffle, Date Pudding, Chocolate Fudge Brownies, and provide catering services tailored to events, complete with delivery and setup.


Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and be responsible for advertising, public relations, branding, and concept creation. This role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and positioning the company as a market leader.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Advertising and Campaign Management:
  • Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and market reach.
  • Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and customer feedback.
Public Relations (PR):
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews.
  • Organize and oversee PR events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
Branding and Identity:
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure adherence to them in all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
Concept Creation and Development:
  • Lead the ideation and development of innovative marketing concepts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with new product launches.
  • Design and implement creative strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing projects.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track expenses and provide regular reports to senior management on ROI and performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven expertise in advertising, public relations, branding, and concept creation.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office applications.
