Job Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and strategic 360 Marketing Manager with a strong focus on event activations to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role will lead integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and experiential marketing channels. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of luxury branding, high-end clientele, and the ability to craft immersive brand experiences through exclusive events and activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Activations & Experiential Marketing
- Develop and execute high-impact luxury brand events, in-store experiences, trade shows, pop-ups, and private VIP activations.
- Oversee end-to-end event planning, including concept development, venue selection, vendor coordination, guest list management, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and PR teams to ensure event themes align with brand storytelling and marketing goals.
- Secure strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance event reach and engagement.
Integrated Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns that integrate digital, social, influencer, PR, and experiential elements.
- Align event activations with broader brand campaigns to create consistent storytelling across multiple touchpoints.
- Lead content creation strategies to amplify events through social media, email marketing, and press coverage.
- Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling visual and editorial assets that reflect brand identity.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Maintain a deep understanding of luxury market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives maintain the brand’s premium positioning and resonate with high-net-worth individuals, designers, and industry professionals.
- Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, media, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in luxury marketing
- Proven success in executing high-end brand activations and events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer collaborations, PR, and content strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
