Our client, specializing in the education and information technology services field, is looking for Marketing Manager.
 

Job Description:
 



The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote
Digital School and drive student enrollment, brand awareness, and business growth.

This role involves overseeing a team of marketing professionals, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring alignment with the school's overall goals.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the business development and operational teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that reach parents, students, and potential partners.


Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
 



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports Digital School objectives, with a focus on increasing student enrollment and brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources across various channels to optimize
    performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals and
    market expansion plans.
 

Campaign Management:



  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and adjust strategies as needed.
 

Team Leadership:



  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the school’s overall success.
  • Coordinate efforts across team members, including digital marketing specialists, content
    creators, and social media managers.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment to ensure marketing initiatives are innovative and effective.
 

Market Research & Analysis:



  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape,
    helping to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Report on key marketing performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
 

Collaboration & Partnerships:



  • Work closely with the Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify and
    support partnership opportunities.

 

Job Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, traditional) in the education or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
