We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on branding, lead generation, and building a strong online presence. The ideal candidate will have a background in a managerial role, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage online marketing efforts including social media, website content, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing plans that align with business goals.
• Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for creative development and media placements.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with proven experience in lead generation, branding, and managing an online presence. Real estate industry experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
