About the job Marketing Manager
Our client is a renowned Italian brand specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality home appliances, including espresso machines, coffee makers, and portable air conditioners.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, market communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal for their key product.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market opportunities for new and existing product launches.
- Ensure successful launch and rollout of new products and marketing initiatives.
- Enhance brand image through excellent execution.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop marketing programs.
- Analyze sales and retail audit data to create growth action plans.
- Monitor and respond to key competitors' activities.
- Conduct consumer research as needed.
- Design marketing programs tailored to distribution channels.
- Provide post-analysis to assess the effectiveness of key marketing programs.
- Assist in developing trade and consumer marketing communications, including launch packs, catalogues, trade flyers, and advertising material.
- Oversee organization of key events such as exhibitions and in-store events.
- Research consumer markets and monitor market trends.
- Conduct regular store checks and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to conduct monthly training sessions on new products.
- Provide monthly reports on brand performance.
- Work with other functions, especially sales, to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Drive brand portfolio differentiation from competitors' products.
- Maintain and develop the small domestic appliances portfolio in line with brand standards.
- Manage product life cycle and marketing topics.
- Ensure alignment with regional headquarters on category management and overall strategy.
- Conduct and attend product training and demonstrations.
- Analyze market data to optimize the product portfolio.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure timely market entry, SKU codification, and sample availability.
- Analyze commercial data by country/month, including distributor sales, in-market sales, stock on hand, and action plan definition.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to support sales team revenue and profitability goals.
- Represent the company with customers to understand market trends and drive product and brand strategy.
- Coordinate central marketing budget and co-op funds with customers, allocating by brand and communication strategy.
- Oversee and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring the right messaging to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor current campaigns, ensure timely task completion, and evaluate success to improve brand marketing.
- Coordinate trade marketing activity with distributors to ensure alignment with brand fundamentals and visual identity.
- Ensure digital marketing activities convert into sales, particularly for e-commerce.
- Penetrate the HoReCa channel and manage existing and new business customers.
- Provide product training and induction for various stakeholders.
- Represent the MEIA team within the Group organization.
- Update senior leadership on NPD, marketing activity progress, and sales results, with periodic MEIA sales and marketing meetings.
- Develop and implement product brand strategy to support growth across markets.
- Establish brand guidelines and collaborate with marketing on plans.
- Monitor brand competitors and conduct market research for further brand development.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on brand proposition and market penetration plans.
- Develop consumer insights through market segmentation, customer profiling, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team for different products.
- Support sales team with key clients to promote specific products/brands.
- Attend conferences and trade shows.
- Stay updated on market developments, including new products and services.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate priority issues.

- Ability to work under high pressure and during demanding periods.
- Identify and suggest improvements in work processes.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Frequent travel expected.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- University degree in marketing or business.
- 10-15 years of marketing experience.
