Objectives:

Lead the marketing department to create and implement effective marketing strategies. Enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all platforms. Increase customer base and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote Solutions Group's services and initiatives. Lead market research efforts to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging content and marketing materials. Oversee social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals. Manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment. Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or hospitality group. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software. Strong leadership and team management skills.
