Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, trade marketing, and 360-degree marketing campaigns. Experience within the consumer goods sector in the UAE market is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth across all channels, including digital, trade, and traditional marketing. - Digital Marketing:
Lead and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure maximum ROI. - Trade Marketing:
Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility, promotion, and sales in key retail channels. Manage trade marketing budgets, and monitor the effectiveness of in-store promotions and merchandising efforts. - Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Work with cross-functional teams to manage product launches, packaging design, and brand communication. - Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies as needed. - Budget Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to various marketing activities. Track and report on marketing expenditures and outcomes. - Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus. - Experience:
Minimum of 7-12 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in the FMCG sector, specifically in non-food categories such as light household items, small domestic appliances (SDA), beauty, haircare, and personal care. - Marketing Expertise:
Proven experience in digital marketing, trade marketing, and 360-degree marketing. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics within the FMCG industry. - Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and ROI. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms. - Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a passion for driving innovation and creativity in marketing strategies.
