Job Description

A media consultancy agency is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to work as account managers, ensuring the best marketing practices are in place for the clients they will be managing. Candidates should be based in the UAE, proactive, hardworking, presentable, preferably bilingual, and, above all, willing to leave their egos at the door.

Skills

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, target audiences, and competitor activities. • Work closely with the management  to align marketing campaigns with goals and drive lead generation. • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline advertising. • Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. • Enhance and maintain brand identity across all marketing materials. • Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning in line with company values and brand guidelines. • Oversee the creation of engaging content (social media posts, blogs, newsletters, brochures) to attract potential clients. • Collaborate with designers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials. • Provide insights to senior management to inform future strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
