Our company is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to assist us as we grow our brand by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence and organization’s online presence. We are looking for someone who is creative, has vision and a good eye and attention to details. They will further demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in data analysis. Understanding the target audience is a further key and having a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practices.

Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage the company’s social media strategy.
* Manage websites, Instagram, Facebook, Behance, TikTok, LinkedIn accounts etc. of the company.
* Develop and curate creative and high-quality media content to upload across the different platforms.
* Monitor impressions, reach, hashtags and trends.
* Leverage social media trends to advertise and highlight different ongoing activities of the company.
* Engage and interact with leads and prospect customers.
* Setting and tracking KPIs for social media activities and measuring performance against set KPIs.
* Acquiring, analyzing and reporting on analytics and concluding with practical results as well as database creation.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
* Manage ads campaigns for the company.
* Creating company presentations, templates
* Curating all company marketing materials

Education, Experience Requirements:
* Enthusiastic professional with a keen understanding of social media evaluation metrics using relevant online software and tools.

* Proven track record of work experience and published content as a writer, blogger, or social media handler.
* Solid Knowledge and understanding of marketing analytic tools, SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics.
* Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
* Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
* Fluent English language is A MUST!
* Proficient with office programs
* We will need to see a proven portfolio of previous accounts managed.
