Reporting to Mall of the Emirates Boutique Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the marketing activity to increase knowledge and development of our clients. Based in the boutique, you will work closely with the Fashion Advisors and Management team and promote collaboration and the successful achievement of results.


Your main responsibilities are:


Increase knowledge of and develop our clients


  • To assist in setting up and monitoring client analysis on a regular basis.
  • To ensure the quality of the client database.
  • To follow up on the relevant clienteling tools with Managers and Fashion Advisors.
  • To provide feedback after communication campaigns.

Develop marketing activity in the boutique


  • To share the CRM tools with the team and communicate the relevant guidelines.
  • To track diligently the CRM budget lines of the boutique (gifts, client treatments etc).

Monitor and drive the Client experience of the Boutique’s clients


  • To represent and embody the House ambition of being the Ultimate House of Luxury.        
  • To support the team in organizing personalized client treatments and one-to-one appointments (catering, flowers, etc).

Events


  • To assist in event preparation (fine-tuning invitees lists, following up on invitations with Fashion Advisors, etc).
  • To make quantitative and qualitative follow-ups of feedback from client events.
  • To stay informed about competitors' activities and keep up with external developments.

Your profile


You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.


You are well organized, autonomous and detail-oriented with great interpersonal and communication skills. You have good analytical skills and you master PowerPoint/Excel.


Your fashion sensitivity, intercultural openness and ability to bond with colleagues/clients will be key to succeed in this position.


Superb command of spoken and written English. Ability to speak another language will be an advantage.
