Job Description

  • Manage and execute the social media strategy across all social media channels
  • Manage social media campaigns and day‐to‐day activities such as posting and caption writing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to stay up-to-date with ongoing activities at Easyshopy and briefing the inhouse graphic designer on the assets needed and making sure they are on schedule.
  • Making sure all assets follow the Easyshopy brand guidelines
  • Provision of regular content and promotions; combined with community‐outreach efforts.
  • Monitor community engagement and engage with customers, and influencer content across all platforms.
  • Write and edit copy across social, ensuring brand’s tone of voice is maintained
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tech updates and key competitors' social media strategies
  • Source the right micro influencers that would best represent the brand and become the point of contact between them and Easyshopy
  • Collate weekly, monthly and campaign reports
  • Measure the impact of social media campaigns through the analysis, review and reporting of campaign effectiveness in an effort to maximise results.
  • Communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to the sales team
  • Develop and execute ideas for exciting still image and video shoots for the app and for the last-mile arm of the business.
  • Ensure competitor research and customer insight are at the core of all output

Requirements
  • Social Media Handling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across several ongoing projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, as well as an understanding of what works for brands in your industry.
