Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Clinic's objectives to create and develop awareness of 'The Face by American Hospital'.
Collaborate with the Group Marketing Director to define and enhance the clinic’s brand identity and positioning.
Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints and campaigns to reflect the brand’s vision.
Identify and segment target audience groups, tailoring campaigns to their preferences and needs.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including offers and bundles, in collaboration with the clinic manager.
Plan and organize marketing initiatives for awareness days and special occasions, such as Mother’s Day, Eid, and seasonal events.
Collaborate with malls, brands, and external partners to promote the clinic and its services.
Produce engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and press materials in both English and Arabic.
Create photography and videography content to support marketing campaigns.
Manage the clinic’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook to enhance engagement and generate leads.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Plan and execute in-clinic events, activations, and collaborations with influencers and media outlets.
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness.
Collaborate with external partners and organizations to organize joint promotional activities.
Work on promoting The Face’s cosmetic products, implementing strategies to increase sales and enhance brand recognition.
Work closely with the clinic manager to cover all marketing requirements and business development initiatives.
Track and evaluate marketing activities, preparing detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Qualification and Experience required:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience in generating leads, influencer coordination, campaign execution, and product promotion.
Strong understanding of brand positioning and target audience behavior.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Photography and videography skills are required.
Must have experience in event planning and partnership development.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
Familiarity with the aesthetics and beauty industry will be a definite advantage
