Social Media & Content
- Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc).
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Help in capturing and editing photos, videos, and reels for marketing purposes.
- Track and report on social media performance (likes, shares, engagement rates).
Community Engagement & Influencer Coordination
- Identify and reach out to micro-influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Assist in organizing giveaways, contests, and promotions to boost engagement.
- Maintain a database of potential influencers and brand partners.
Marketing Administration & Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Help maintain and update the marketing content calendar.
- Support in preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and flyers).
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and promotional materials.
Email Marketing & CRM Support
- Assist in sending out promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Help track campaign results and provide basic reports.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and marketing performance.
