Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

About Us:

Lynchpin Consulting is a dynamic business services company providing Zoho Implementation, Corporate Tax, VAT, Accounting, Financial Advisory, Odoo Implementation, and Business Setup Assistance in Dubai. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing campaigns for our multiple business segments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Ad Campaigns:


    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking for improved ROI.
    • Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and adjust strategies to maximize lead generation.
  • Social Media Management:


    • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
    • Develop and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
    • Monitor trends and engage with the audience to improve brand visibility.
  • SEO & Website Optimization:


    • Work with the web team to improve website performance, SEO rankings, and landing pages for paid campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic reach.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting:


    • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing:


    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms.
    • Utilize WhatsApp marketing tools like Gallabox for client outreach.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Development:


    • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • Proven experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) for content creation are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing campaigns at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid campaigns.
  • Prior experience working in a B2B services company is a plus.
