We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth in this vibrant and competitive market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and key performance indicators
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
- Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Dubai market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the Dubai or UAE market
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, brand management, and campaign promotion
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various mediums (web, social media, email, and marketing collateral)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with the local culture and business practices in Dubai is a plus
