Collaborate with the Marketing Head to plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase bookings.
Create, manage, and optimize content for the hotel's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Track engagement, manage responses, and implement growth strategies to boost followers and engagement rates.
Develop high-quality promotional materials including brochures, flyers, videos, and banners. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content aligned with the hotel’s branding guidelines.
Manage email marketing campaigns, online advertisements, and SEO/SEM strategies. Ensure the hotel’s website is up-to-date with the latest offerings, events, and promotions.
Promote hotel events, conferences, and activities to maximize participation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and post-event analysis.
Ensure consistent brand positioning in all marketing and communication efforts. Maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance the hotel's image and exposure.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Adapt strategies to capitalize on changing market dynamics.
Liaise with the sales, revenue management, and F&B teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Ensure proper communication of campaigns to relevant stakeholders.
