ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing

engagement. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and creativity,
along with a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the management team to create and execute comprehensive
marketing plans.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target
audience preferences.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for various platforms including social media, blogs,
newsletters, and websites.
Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media accounts and develop campaigns to increase brand
awareness and engagement.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search
rankings.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to assess
campaign performance.
Event Management:
Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and workshops to
promote our services.
Coordinate with schools, universities, and organizations for partnership
opportunities.
Student Engagement
Develop and implement outreach programs to connect with prospective students
and parents.
Lead generation for various university product offerings.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the counseling and processing teams to ensure alignment on
messaging and branding.
Liaise with external vendors and agencies for marketing support when
necessary.
Requirements
2-3
years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the
ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools (e.g.,
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
