Objectives:
Support the marketing department in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies. Enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all platforms. Assist in increasing customer base and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns to promote Solutions Group's services and initiatives. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging content and marketing materials. Support the social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for adjustments as needed to meet business goals. Assist in managing the marketing budget to maximize return on investment. Help build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to support the companys competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency with luxury, wellness, fashion & hospitality background. Proven ability to support successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
