Job Description

Soul Road is seeking a proactive and talented Entry-Level Marketing Executive to join our team.
This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing our marketing and brand strategies. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about marketing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving brand success. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director to promote both their personal profile and the company’s profile within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for Soul Road.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Advertising:
  • Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for ad placements and creative development.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Brand Development:
  • Support the development and implementation of brand strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Assist in the creation of brand guidelines and marketing collateral.
Public Relations:
  • Assist in developing PR strategies to enhance the company’s and Managing Director’s public profile.
  • Draft press releases and coordinate with media outlets for coverage.
  • Manage and update media contact lists.
Promotion of Managing Director’s Profile:
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the Managing Director’s personal profile within the industry.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, and industry events.
  • Maintain and enhance the Managing Director’s professional online presence.

Requirements
  • The ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in marketing (internships, part-time roles, or freelance work) is a plus.
  • Marketing, brand strategy, graphic design, copywriting, social media and digital advertising skills
  • Physical presence required
