Marketing Executive

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our partnership program into an industry-leading initiative. You'll tackle the exciting challenge of analysing market trends, optimising partner experiences, and developing innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth. Your impact will be measured in the success of hundreds of partners and the expansion of our global trading network.

On a given day, you will:

• Transform complex partner performance data into compelling visual stories that drive strategic decisions
  
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns that attract and retain high-value partners
  
• Pioneer process improvements that streamline partner operations and enhance program efficiency
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for partner growth
  
• Lead the optimisation of partner commission structures and payment reconciliation processes
  
• Build and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure their success and satisfaction

• Have 1-6 years of experience in partnership marketing or a similar role

• Are proficient with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  
• Have excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships
  
• Bring a strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
