Job Description

- Decide what to promote and who will be the target audience and to carry out various activities for promotion of his product.

Experience in Security Manpower Services Company/Corporate/B2B/Field Marketing is Plus


- Regular Field visit and generate lead's thereby converting into prospect Marketing .


- Reach out to prospective clients through various marketing channels (cold call, in-person meetings etc.).


- Connect with existing clients of Security & Facility Manpower Services to identify and follow-up on potential Marketing opportunities.


- Independently Handle Sales Department and put own efforts to ensure new Sales / Business development targets are met.


- Reporting to Business Head and Managing Director.



Skills

  • Be confident enough to handle campaigns, seminars and workshops.
  • Must be well-versed in various advertising methods.
  • A competent professional who can oversee the effective execution of all campaigns, seminars, and workshops.
  • An individual with expertise in various marketing tactics.
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  •  Understanding of public relations.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
