Job Description

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company’s goals and growth objectives.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and target client needs, adapting marketing strategies as required.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create and manage engaging content for the company’s website, social media channels, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns, focusing on topics relevant to auditing, finance, tax consultancy, and corporate compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, tailored to the firm's services and client base.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing, aimed at generating leads and enhancing the company's online presence.

• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and driving community interactions.

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and adapt content to maximize engagement and brand visibility.

Event Management and Networking:

• Coordinate and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars, helping to increase brand visibility and network with potential clients.

• Organize company-hosted events, such as client seminars or workshops, to demonstrate expertise and provide value to current and prospective clients.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

• Implement lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

• Track leads and support the sales team by nurturing prospects through targeted communication, ensuring they are informed of the company’s services and benefits.

Brand Management:

• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand image, tone, and message.

• Work with designers and vendors to produce branded materials, from promotional items to client-facing documents, ensuring they meet brand standards.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze marketing performance data and generate monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Present actionable insights to the management team, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement.

Client Communication:

• Develop client communication strategies for announcements, updates, and newsletters, keeping clients informed about industry changes, regulatory updates, and company news.

• Maintain a professional tone in all communications, aligned with the company’s image and standards.
