An exciting opportunity as Marketing & Events Associate Manager has become available with this internationally expanding entertainment company based in Dubai.
Responsibilities: B2C & B2B marketing goals, strategies & tactics that deliver against the global business objectives for consumer sales.
- Own the planning process, creating annual and quarterly 360 marketing plans
- Own the marketing budget – working closely with Middle East Director to align budget split as well as future budget planning
- Lead the events channel including creating and executing successful ‘always on’ propositions/offers (such as Ladies night, brunch, happy hour etc) as well as periodic occasion-based events (Halloween, Christmas, NYE, St Paddy’s Day etc.)
- Champion the data analysis and reporting – create processes to collect the relevant data to allow us to spend our marketing budgets more effectively
- Manage social media channels (Instagram + Tiktok) from A to Z, including planning, content and graphics, calendar, and community management.
- Managing Social Media paid campaigns by working closely with Paid Media resource and continuously tracking results to maximise ROI
- Managing media and influencer agenda working closely and continuously with media and influencers
- Own the local brand collaboration agenda, partnering with local brands to increase both brands reach and ultimately drive footfall to the brand
Requirements:
- Your own residency in Dubai
- 5+ years in marketing workings across full channel mix
- Experience in working in a similar role in Dubai in hospitality/nightlife/ or agencies with similar clients
- Experience in retail via online and bricks and motor shopfront
- A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible, personalising content thoughtfully by utilising customer data
- ROI conscious mindset with experience in both online and offline channels – digital, social, PR
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaign planning and execution – digital, social and PR
- A proven track record in successfully hitting customer retention and re-engagement targets
- Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
