Position Overview: The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate projects, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in marketing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and project timelines.
- Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, design, and development to create compelling marketing collateral and promotional content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, consultants, and media outlets to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and market response, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate development or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
