Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for marketing trends and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Campaign Management:


    • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event initiatives.


    • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.


  2. Content Creation:


    • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.


    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual and messaging standards.


  3. Social Media Management:


    • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with audiences, and tracking metrics.


    • Stay updated on social media trends and propose new strategies to enhance engagement.


  4. Market Research:


    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.


    • Assist in identifying target audiences and developing marketing strategies to reach them effectively.


  5. Event Coordination:


    • Support the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.


    • Manage logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations.


  6. Administrative Support:


    • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.


    • Organize and update marketing assets, including databases, media files, and project folders.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.


  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Creativity and attention to detail.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
