Job Description

What’s on your plate?

  • Regular reporting and documentation of CRM campaign performance (key focus on CRM daily BAU’s and growth initiatives) with insights & suggestions/recommendations on improving future campaigns to ensure OKR success
  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with CRM strategies.
  • Build insights on CRM campaigns and suggest improvements
  • Track daily tasks assigned to CRM and verify the SLA
  • Writing copywriting briefs for CRM marketing campaigns, including developing content drafts for campaigns as per the pre-defined message matrix/tool kits across CRM channels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
